October 31-st, 2003, ÄLTA, SWEDEN - Team uStation AB, today announced the release of InfoSnap V8,
version 1.0.0, the successor to highly popular freeware known as InfoSnap for MicroStation 95, SE and J.

This release is designed to run on MicroStation 8.1.0.7 or later. InfoSnap's functionality has been
extended far beyond the scope of its predecessor and now includes a number of intelligent tools that
automate the process of uncluttering your MicroStation desktop. Not only can you extract data from
MicroStation graphics, but also you have plenty of room to hunt for data without interference from
dialog boxes, tool palettes and the like.

Base functionality covers:
- Instant access to element source, attributes, and data.
- Instant activation of retrieved attributes and reusing them for new elements.
- Full control over AccuSnap's balloon.
- Instant navigation across reference files and DGN models.
- Cleanup precious working area by automatically hiding or shrinking (and expanding) MicroStation
dialog boxes on cursor flyover.
- And more... much more.

Virtually all features are user-configurable.

I believe that I have explained this before... InfoGlider's functionality will be
incorporated in InfoSnap 2.0 (along with other things on my list which
didn't made it to 1.0 due to time constraints).
