Importing PageSetup to a Drawing without using AutoCad

    Is there any utility to import a PageSetup from one drawing to another
    drawing without using AutoCad?
    AutoCad 2002 is installed on the system but it may or may not be available
    for use due to Network Licensing.

    This is necessary because I would like to use the VoloView Version 3.0 for
    plotting drawings.
