Importing a picture into Solidworks

    Will someone please tell me how to set the Properties when importing a
    picture into Solidworks. In an open sketch, I use tools/sketch-tools/
    sketch-picture. I centralize the photo as best I can and my property
    window comes up, where the design tree normally is. At the top is
    Properties, and at the bottom is Transparency.
    I would appreciate if if someone would tell me the settings. I assume
    that the top most in Properties is for the overall height that I
    require. Please fill in the rest for me, as I have never done this
    before. I am using Solidworks 2007
