For 2D you can "Save As..." and select either .dwg or .dxf file types.

For 3D, try "Save As..." and select ACIS (*.sat). This can then be
imported into AutoCAD using the "Insert" menu, and selecting "ACIS
    File...".

    Good luck.

    from solidworks to autocad

Make sure to click Options when doing the Save As ACIS (*.sat) file
type and select v7 or earlier.
Autodesk products only read up to v7 ACIS for the past couple releases
since they went to Shape Manager.
