    Hello there,

How do you implement a network deployment of Acad2004 over WAN?
The connection is from router to router w/ an E2 bandwidth.
The remote client(s) can ping the server.

    Thanks,
    Jerome

in your lic file you have the TCP/IP adress and the port mentioned.
Be sure that your routers also repliacte these ports.
maybe the client needs to start a ping server -t during work with AutoCAD for avoiding the routers to close the connection.

There were no restrictions to the port settings since by default (permit
    all).
Add'l info, before deployment to remote clients.
In the system variable (new), place ADSKFLEX_LICENSE_FILE in the variable
    name
and @servername in variable value field. This will enable to read your
    license server upon
    deployment.

for avoiding the routers to close the connection.

do you mean you got it working ?
2nd question: are you talking about a AutoCAD system variable or a "my computer" environment variable ?
