Image Plotting Problem

    I am having a plotting problem that I cannot figure out.
    The offending file is a dwg, with an image.

    When I plot from MS, the plot comes out looking good. When plotted from PS the entire background of the image and all of the white ares of the image, come out a very light blue. The same CTB and pc3 files are used for both the MS & PS settings. The only difference being the scale at which the 2 are plotted.

    Any thoughts?
