image clip problems

i have a set of images that i inserted in my dwg. now i want to clip
this images to a certain shape, i have always use image clip to do
this by creating a boundary and cliping the image. now this images
that i got (tiff) it won't allow me to do this. every time i try to
clip the image either to a polygon or a rectangular shape it defaults
rigth to the image frame given me no other choice that to folllow the
rotation of this given image. i hope i'm explianing myself with this
one. is there a variable to change this?

i check for those and its not that.
my clipping seem to follow the angle of rotation of my images and not
the border that i have assigned (which is parallel to my x,y axis)

any other thougths?
