ILINK v. Enovia

Discussion in 'Pro/Engineer & Creo Elements/Pro' started by Bruce Treffinger, Sep 13, 2004.

  1. Does anyone have any experience with the IBM/Dassault PDM, Enovia? Is
    it easier/better than ILINK?

    Thanks.

  2. Hallo Bruce,
I don't know about IBM/Dassault PDM, Enovia. But what are you searching for?
Do you search for an PDM System or for an system that knows everythink about
    Pro/Engineer files and version handling.
Pro/Intralink is not realy a PDM system but it is the solution for handling
    Pro/E Files.
This means you can handel other file types, but not so efficent like real
    PDM Systems.
    - i.a. No fulltext search. A connection to systems like SAP is possible, but
    only with additional products.
When you need a PDM system with very good Pro/Engineer handling look at
    Windchild (PTC).
