Icons on VBA created Flyout disappear

    When I create a toolbar with a flyout toolbar from a VBA macro, the icons appear at first but then disappear when I move the cursor over them. I've discovered that if I attach a flyout toolbar that already exists in the ACAD menu (such as the "UCS" toolbar), everything is OK. The problem only occurs when I try to attach a flyout toolbar which has been created in the same program.

    Has anybody come across this problem or know a way round it?
