ICED Tool for layout

    The file scansr6_.p8k is generated when the lvs is done but not this
    scansr6_.p9k file and for that it says in the book like run the NLE
    program i din't get that point and also all this is running in the xyz
    directory where DoLVS.bat file is existing( but with the name of the
    particular cell for which the lvs is to be done).

    Also could you please instruct me as to which files are created by the
    NLE programs and which of them are required to be in the directory of
    the cell file?
