IBM_PDK Banner doesn't stay in Layout XL editor

    Hello,

    I'm just running into odd problems. When I have a schematic open I can
    see my technology's banner (IBM_PDK) as one of the menus on the
    schematic. But once I do Tools->Layout XL the XL editor opens and I
    can see the IBM_PDK banner on both the schematic window (composer) and
    the XL layout editor window but within a second the windows flash and
    the banner from both schematic and layout editors vanish. Anyone knows
    what's going on and how to take care of it? Thanks for all the help.

    I am seeing the same problem, and IBM is aware of the issue.

    Roland, Mike,
    put the line from my previous post in your cdsinit, and that should fix it.
