IBM9RF error: "unknown parameter name X used to initialize Y"

    Hello,
    Our group is trying to set up the new version of IBM9RF (90nm) updated
    last week. But whatever we simulated, the simulator always reported
    errors, e.g. " unknown parameter name 'X' used to initialize parameter
    'Y'.". We think we've set up as required and added model files
    design.scs, fixed_corner.scs, and process.scs in the right order.
    Anyone knows why? I added "+csfe" in the analog environment but even
    the simplest DC transistor response was right.
