I/O pin placement

    Hi!

    We try to make standard cell placement using pks_shell. We have the
    problem that the I/O pins do not appear at the location we set them. We
    used various combinations of the "set_pin_location pinname -side top
    -index NR" and the "do_place -pin [concurrent|refine] -pin_same_side
    true" command but they do not appear in the right order on the layout.
    The -index option does not have any influence.

    Any suggestions?
