I know this is an old one...

    .... but was hoping somwbody had come up with a fix by now.

    The view setting in Select File dialog box is not retained when using ADT
    3.0 and Win XP. That is:

    File > Open > Right click > View > Details

    Returns to showing large icons once that folder is no longer viewed.

    As you can see in the link above, that is not a bug, it is a feature.




    A thorough Google search turned up a lot of conversation about this from a
    couple of years ago, but nothing recent.
    Can anyone point me in the direction of a patch to resolve this
    inconvenience...
    ....or is this still a problem?
