I forgot a TEXT command - protecting it in a box

I know there is a command to put text in a rectangular box so it can
be seened no matter what the background is. For instance if the
background is a bunch of lines or a solid area, the text will be
clearly visible since it is in a rectangle with the background wiped
    out.

    What is that command?

wipeout - requires express tools prior to 2004.
