    Hi Alls,
I am not familiar with block or (never used),and I was read about block, how
this advantage, now my question is "Is it possible if a block,we give name a
"Bolt M10",and insert it to other drawing with different folder(current
drawing),then the original block we change or edit, did the current drawing
follow dimension as the original last change"?

No. You would have to reinsert it for it to update to the new dimensions.

    Have fun,

You want an External reference (xref) instead of block/insert.

When you "block" something it becomes a collection of objects.
That is unique only to the current drawing.

When you use the "insert" command it brings in a external drawing in the
form of a block. This block becomes part of the current drawing and
has nothing to do with the original external drawing. You can change the
external drawing or the block without affecting each other.

If you use the "xref" command it will bring in an external drawing but it
does not become part of the current drawing. If you edit the "xref block" it
will change the external drawing. Likewise if you change the external
drawing it will change the "xref block" the next time you load your current
    drawing or
reload the xref in the xref manager.
