hspice .measure

    hello

    i've got one problem with .measure directive.

    i do simple dc analysis as .dc vin 0 vdd 0.01 and probe xtmp parameter
    ..probe xtmp=par('2*I(M1)/gmo(M1)')

    when i use .measure dc i(m1) at=0.2 it measures M1's drain current for
    Vin=0.2V. I want to have it for xtmp=0.2V

    How should i write the directive?
