    I'm setting up a PC3 for a new Xerox 6050 plotter.

I already have system printer drivers installed for the Xerox 6050, but when
i went to create a PC3 , it said i had missing drivers.

I've got the installation CDs and it's showing HDI drivers for AutoCAD and
HPGL2 drivers for windows XP. Which ones should i install?

I'm not sure what to use...

    Dean,

    To clarify:

I've used "system printers" to create a PC3 file for other printers &
plotters on my system. Hp printers & plotters. For whatever reason, AutoCAD
wont let me create a PC3 file based on the Xerox system printer. So i'm
still not sure what is the better print driver to install for AutoCAD. HDI
or HPGL2 ? I've got drivers for both and both reference being used in
    AutoCAD.

I want to use one of them, but any recommendations on which one? I'm not
sure what the differences are.. and xerox's website offers little in the way
of explaining Use "X" type of driver for this, and "y" type of driver for
    this...
