My HP 330 (D size) went out of commission. Have a refurbished HP450C (also
    D size) coming this weekend.

Question: Is it similar enough to the 330 where I can just switch plotters
at the plug and go (got a bunch to do over weekend) or must I set up a new
    configuration for the 450 ?

Also, the 450 is color (which I don't need) and has roll feed, where my
old 330 sat on a table and was sheet feed.

I was hoping not to have to hassle too much with a new setup, drivers etc -
    at least not this weekend.

    Dean,
Thanks for your reply. Related question:
I also run an Acad R-12 Dos workstation (I know,,,,I know...but believe it
or not, I'm a lot faster for day to day production work on that
workstation) and actually generate more plotting there. Will the 450C also
work there like my 330 did? I had a parallel cable running out of each
workstation and just plugged whichever one I needed into the back of the
    plotter.
    Thanks again,
    Walt
