HP Plotter 550 and HP Deskjet 1220 with Autocad 14.0

    I would like to set up the Deskjet 1220 as the default printer and use
    the Plotter 550 as the back-up printer, unfortunatley when i do this
    and print from the 1220 when i try to print from the plotter
    afterwards Autocad seems to have lost the settings for the plotter and
    cannot print.

    I am using Windows 2000 proffesional on a peer to peer network, i am
    using the plotter with Hp Designjet printer driver V5.31 and the
    Deskjet is using Hp Deskjet 1220C Driver version 64.08

    Has anyone experienced this problem and know how to remedy it please.
