HP Deskjet 9650 will not print from autocad 2000i ...help please!

    Just purchased HP Deskjet to make manageable copies of our drawings now we are not able to configure the printer correctly. It simply spools paper through the feeder. Gives us a notice that the paper size is incorrect. Also AutoCAD 2000i says it is looking for Heidi (someone). Help us find a direction.
    HP doesn't answer our questions.
