Hp designjet 500 won't print in paper space in AUTOCAD

Hi All,

Just installed a Hp designjet 500 and it won't
print in paper space in AUTOCAD (prints in model space quite happily).

Any ideas?

What does it do? I have an HP500 and it works fine here? What is the page setup as? Does this match what you expect to print? Are you doing extents scaled to fit or 1:1? If you give more information maybe I or someone else can help.

Thanks for your help.

It prints fine in model view but when it is changed to paper view it comes up with and error saying it can't find the printer - I know it is very wierd! I have reinstalled the drivers and downloaded the latest version but it still happens on this XP machine. All the Win 98 machines are fine and the file I want to print will print perfectly from those machines.
