HP DesignJet 500 ps. Color woes!

    I am plotting with a HP DesignJet 500ps. I plot only in black , but some folks at work plot in color. The color ink is low, and it won't allow me to plot, even though I want to use just black. I changed some color settings, but to no avail. Is there a solution to this other than waiting for color cartridges to arrive? Thanks!
