Finding many "glitches" when using AutoCAD 2002 to plot to th HP8550n. Lines merge does not seem to work. Fonts will plot outside of the viewport. Also very inconsistent shading. Have tried HP PCL and PS driver. Has anybody had similar problems, or has anyone found a better driver/solution. HP and Autodesk seem to point the finger at each other!!

Autocad and this printer just does like to work together. We've had alot of
problems with it, test failed errors, plots just not coming out right. It's
one of the worst printer HP has put out.

Just don't print to it from Cad and you'll be just fine.
