HP 500PS /42" Designjet w/ GL/2 network card printing from Autocad 2005

    Hi,

    I have a user printing from this application and experiencing color issues. His greys are showing up flourescent yellow.

    Does anyone have any suggestions that I could try? He is using Win XP Pro on a Sony Vaio box w/ 512mb RAM. The printer has 256mb of RAM installed and has a 100mb network connection.

    Any advice will be greatly appreciated.

    Forgot to mention that I upgraded the Firmware to V.28.06.

    I would send the self test prints from the front panel and see if he has an
    issue with ink or print heads.
