HP 500 c rotation

    Our local school district called me the other day and asked if I could help them out with a problem on their HP 500 C. It seems that when they try and plot from Autocad Lt 2000 they are unable to rotate the plot to fit the paper in the roll feed. The roll is 36" wide but the plots always come out the 24" side first. I have tried a page setup file and configuring a custom page setup and custom paper size in the plot driver . I also looked for a section of the menu that would set the auto rotate feature in the plotter. Please help
