Hp 488 ca won't plot after a while

    Hi,

    situation:

    Hp488ca, win xp

    For a long time i've got sometimes trouble plotting! But now it's
    allways ...

    What happens?

    I send a plot to plotter, nothing happens, i have to turn out the
    plotter. When i try to put the plotter on it won't work (no lights,
    nothing)! After a few minutes when i try again the plotter starts
    normal, everything is fine when it starts to warm up, but i think at
    the end of the process there is a problem. result: all the lights of
    cartridges, data and media (orange) are on. Then i put the plotter off
    and on again. Then everything is normal, when i try to plot it works
    nicely.Nowadays when i wait a time to plot again (p.e. 30 minutes) it
    won't work anymore. And i have to redo all the above.

    We had this problem for a long time but it wasn't allways, now it's
    happening all the time!

    Maybe you have some tips? do I have to clean something?
