I have an HP 330 DesignJet attached to a Windows 2000 print server. The driver is set to process the jobs in the computer memory instead of the plotter memory because of continued botched plots. We're also using a roll so we have to cut the sheet that just printed before the next sheet can print. However, if we don't get the sheet cut and the unpause the plotter in time, the Windows print queue throws up an error and completely screws up all following plots. Windows says the printer is not responding. Does anyone know how to get Windows and the HP 330 to interact in a more friendly way? - John
