Howto use custom mouse button popup menus

    I want a custom middle button button menu and a custom ctrl+right click popup menu.
    I would like to avoid modifying the stock acad menu and just menuload the company custom menu.
    Is this possible. I remember something in the past that had issues with this.
    Acad version is 2002 and 2005
