How to run custom commands in the publish function

    Here is my issue. I have a program that searches the drawing for a bubble note callout and updates the keynotes or
    construction notes based on what attribute bubbles is found. If I use any of the publishing functions such as plotting
    will it update properly? Say I write a plot or open reactor, will that update my notes? What about items like rtext?
