how to make a plastic hinge

    I have a 30X60X3 plastic plate.I want it can be fold to tangle.can you
    give me any good suggestion to design the live hinge dimensions?

    Mark, thanks so much.
    It is mm size. In fact,the hinger is just for assembly.The plate
    should be fold into a U-shape before it is installed.Can i mail you
    my final request in Solidworks files?
