In Star CD I'am using a "loft" tools for make smouth connection surface
between circle and box for example. I select single refering loop on
box and cyllinder for that purpose.
In Pro Engineer I've find a "blend->general" tools as a similar. But
it's needed to make an additional scetch to make a circle from 4 arc
chain and rotate them due corresponding 4 line of box, and select
    starting point ....... It's seem's some bulky.
Is it some "right" way to make a lofting in Pro/E?

    Thank's.

Your proposed method is what I would do, but you can also make a
variable section sweep between the two sections if you wish.
