How to join spline ?

    If 2D shape created by spline and pline,
    how to join them if i would like to extrude?

    or can spline be changed to pline?

    Without 3rd party tools:

    + SaveasR12dxf will convert splines to polylines
    + WMFOUT and WMFIN will also do the trick.
