How to have the IBM_PDK menu on the layout window

    I need to run Floating Gate Check and Pattern Density Check, however
    somehow I don't have "IBM_PDK" pull down menu on the layout window,
    which makes the work very difficult. Can anyone tell me how to change
    the setup to have the menu? Thanks.

    If you are running Cadence VXL, turn it off, and run VLE instead. I had
    the same problem and it is caused by a bug in the pdk.
