    Hallo,

    Can somone help me please?
I want to save ore export a file in AutoCad that contains information about
    the buttons and menubars.
I want the same configuration of them on a few new workstations and i think
there must be some way to do this easy.
Does any one know how to?

    Thanks in advance.

As an adjunct to that question - anyone know how to compile a icon library?
Small icons are 16x15 and the large ones are 32x30 pixels. Autodesk can do
it, how does the average Joe do it?

No that would be editing or creating files. You could use any one of a
thousand bit map editors to do a simple thing like that. What I want to do
is compile the images into a SINGLE library file - same as Autodesk.

  5. You could write a dos code - batch file that would copy those menu
files every morning on to those machines upon start up. One of my cad
instructors had that set up to reset everything back to factory
settings because some student would screw up his programming. I have a
batch file that back ups up those same files from my local to the sever
    for back up purposes.

This only drawback from pulling down from a server every morning is any
user with his own customization will add additional programming
hurdles. It can be done but will take longer. It goes without saying
but must be said "practice with dummy files". Good Luck.
