Have got so many crazy and wierd blocks in my mind but nit realy sure
how to represent them in autocad.

Right now now am working on a college project drawing which involves
some blades like in a propeller...any one with a routine to represent
    them can please help ..

  2. No offense, but the difference between a designer and every wannabe is that
a designer can actually build what they imagine. If you can't build what you
imagine, imagine something else, or figure out how to build it.

Dude, I think you need to buckle down and draw it. Don't waste time looking
for any magic bullet or routine.

The LOFT command is great for wild 'n' crazy shapes you can't build any
other way. Draft a couple of sections along the blade and see what LOFT
can do. Needs 2006 or above.

  4. Some clues here but basically Michael is just trying to be frank so the
clue here is for you to imagine the blade from the most strategic angle,
in this case the tip end of either sides, and how it looks like? then
draw a center line and built its outlines according to how you "see it",
then you Extrude it the length you want and finally start touching up
the side blades with Chamfer, Fillet or just the additions of
Subtractions from other created object for such purpose so buddy, start
your imagination now for I started as a "wanderer" before I can work as
    an untrained draughtman.

This is new to me --- "the Loft command" ; do that mean that AutoCAD
finaly offer a tool to allow all the number of sections you point to
to create a Solid or polymesh entity ? -- sorry but still stuck with
    a low version.
See I was forced to write my own rutine ,that divided all the lines I
pointed to and added all these points into a mesh entity . But this
was back when AutoCAD did not offer very complex entities .

Btw. I second that about being able to build the thing, before
emagining it or atlease know the limitations and what is possible.
