We have deploy network Acad 2002 within our department.
Now, some of my colleagues moved to another department.
I like to reclaim back the lic from them, however, I don't want to uninstall
from their PC as this may face some social problem.
Simply like instructing lic server not to issue any lic to them or sort of.

Any body has any idea on this?
    thanx.

  2. Create a file named adskflex.opt and place it where you have your FLEXlm
license file. The contents of the file could look like this:

    # This line defines the Group "ACADEXCLUDE", add or remove login names here.
    GROUP ACADEXCLUDE user1 user4 user5 user6
    # This line will exlude user1 user4 user5 user6 from using AutoCAD 2002
    EXCLUDE 41100ACD_2002_0F GROUP ACADEXCLUDE

Pardon my question if I misunderstand, but if they try to use AutoCAD and
are denied a license, wouldn't that cause you the same social problem as if
you simply removed AutoCAD from their machine?

provided that they don't like to confront
n' my thought is that it will be worse if i go to their new cubicle, then
tell them what i like to do, then perform that killing infront of them.
so, i feel like to do not directly face to face, but by other mean
as u said, yes, both r difficult task, however, something has to be done
    someway or other

    just my philosophy

I understand...I hope all goes well. And, hopefully, if anyone does
confront you on it, they will understand if you explain that you do not have
enough licenses for them to continuing using the AutoCAD network license.
