It must be pretty easy but I can find how to do it.

I need to copy a sketch content to a different sketch or copy a plane with sketch in it.

    Thanks.

Well, have you tried the mighty Copy & Paste tools in the Edit menu?

Edit->Copy/Paste doesn't work for coping the whole plane with the sketch on it.

How about using a Derived Sketch?

You have to make the plane first, then copy the sketch onto the new plane. I
don't know of any way to do them both at once.

Cutting, Copying, and Pasting Sketch Entities
You can cut and paste, or copy and paste, one or more sketch entities
from one sketch to another or within the same sketch.
Select the sketch entities and drag while using the following keys:
    · To copy within the same document or different documents, hold down
    the Ctrl key while dragging.
    · To move within the same sketch, hold down the Shift key while
    dragging.
    · To move between different documents, hold down the Ctrl key and drag
the sketch entities into the second document. Then release the Ctrl
key, hold down the Shift key, and drop the sketch.
NOTE: A new sketch has to be open in the target document to drag a
    sketch into the document.
Additionally, you can copy by selecting one or more sketch entities
and clicking Edit, Copy, or by pressing Ctrl+C. Then you can paste the
entities by clicking in the graphics area and clicking Edit, Paste or
pressing Ctrl+V. The center of the sketch entities is placed at the
    point you clicked.
    Copying and Pasting Entire Sketches
You can copy an entire sketch and paste it on a face in the current
part, or you can paste it into a different sketch, or into a part,
assembly, or drawing document. The target document must be open.
To copy and paste a sketch:
    1. Select the closed sketch in the FeatureManager design tree.
    2. Click Edit, Copy, or press Ctrl+C.
    3. Click in the sketch or document where you want to paste the center
    of the sketch.
    4. Click Edit, Paste, or press Ctrl+V.
NOTE: Copying a sketch does not copy the relations.

That's because there isn't a way to copy the plane and the sketch, only the
    sketch to a new plane.

Autocad has some slight problem using the windows copy and paste,
unless you use the copy with basepoint command. There can be a very
slight change in the items being copied. It has something to do with
copy using Windows OLE, and copy with basepoint using Acad specific
    info.

I don't know if SW shares this problem. If not, then this is just
trivia for those living in both software.

    Peace

    Alex,

I have to take exception to your statement "NOTE: Copying a sketch
    does not copy the relations."

Often it is vital to copy a sketch and maintain its relations and
dimensions, if only to eliminate the need to apply the constraints
    again manually.

This can be done quite easily (however, any external dimensions or
relations are excluded) by means of dragging and dropping or with
    Ctrl-C / Ctrl-V.

It is necessary to perform such copy operations with the sketch
CLOSED, selected from the Feature Manager and pasted onto a face,
plane or viewport background with NO sketch OPEN to receive the
entities!. If the sketch entities are copied from or to an open edit
window, then the constraints will be lost (although sometimes it's
    desirable to leave them behind)...
