how to check via density(quantity not current)

    I am looking for a way to flag areas where via's are lacking in count
    even if
    voltageStorm passes. Below an example of what I try to accomplish
    which
    shows an intersection that has one row of via's (V) whereas it could
    really be
    2 or 3. I am not an experienced deck writer so any info/direction
    would be
    greatly appreciated.
