    Hi there,
I have a simple question, I dig a hole in a plane, so how can i modify
the position of this hole, i try to use "smart dimension" to change
it, but it seems once the hole has been defined, i can not change the
    dimenision.
    thanks

Did you use the Hole Wizard? If so, edit the sketch with the
positioning points and add dimensions there.

I have tried to do that, but it seems i was not allowed to change the
    dimension.

Thanks for posting your question and file. You already have an
    answer.

    SolidMentor is an awesome resource.

What SolidMentor could really use is more people posting SolidWorks
related questions and files like you have done.

IOW YOU don't have a clue.
    What a shock !!!!

How about borrowing some videos for "review"?

It sounds like when you placed the hole, it added an automatic relation
constraint. When you placed the dimension it made it a driven dimension
that cannot be changed unless the relating geometry changes. Edit the
sketch for the hole and check the relations of the sketch. If there are
any relations there that are not needed such as coincident, delete them.
Then RMB on the dimensions you placed that tried to locate it and see if
the dimension is set to driven. If it is driven, pick the driven box to
make it a driving dimension. Then you can change the dimension to move
    the hole
