how to add model ami16N?

    Hi all
    I am a newbie to cadence design system and I am now wondering how to
    add the model "ami16N" since my simulation error report is " raw/
    testcirc: m4 is an instance of an undefined model ami16N.", how and
    where to find these two files? I suppose it should be in the software
    itself, so how to let the software to know where is "ami16N" and
    "ami16P".

    Try analog design environment -> setup -> model libraries and add the
    file with the model there
