    Hi,

When I open my schematic in Cadence 5.0.33.011305. I got the following
warning messages. I guess I did something wrong. Can anybody tell me how
    to remove these warning messages?

  2. I get those warnings when my .cdsenv file has entries for tools, or
tools options, that are not supported by the version of software I am
using. It could be the .cdsenv file is for 5.1.41, or you are using
layoutPlus instead of icfb, of icfb instead of msfb. The different
binaries have different tools linked into them.

  3. These entries are for 4.4.6. In practice you rarely want spectre analysis
options in your .cdsenv - because they are usually design specific, rather
than being things you want to default.

pdisto was renamed in 5.0.X to be called "qpss" (to better reflect the usage
of the analysis), and the corresponding cdsenv settings changed too. Artist
states are automatically updated from pdisto settings to qpss settings, but
    ..cdsenv settings are not.

Best is to delete these lines from your .cdsenv file.
