How or where do I learn about reactors?

I know that reactors is what I need to use in one of my lisp programs but I don't know the first thing about writing or using them. Is there an "Idiots Guide to Reactors" out there that breaks them down into a easy to understand format?

I'm about to learn them myself.  I'm going to look into the help files.  There's also an example in the sample files of autocad.  I think it's garden path.  I know this isn't an idiot's guide but perhaps it will give you something to chew on now while your waiting.
