How do I create and set current a Named Layer Filter?

    Vlisp and/or VBA?

    Specifically, I want to create a program to take a given list of layer
    names, create a Named Layer Filter with those names, open the layer dialog
    and have that filter set current.

    Not exposed to activex - as far as I know.
