How do I add custom tool bar to menu of assistant panes and toolbars.

Hi
I have created my own toolbar called "Indra".
I want to add this toolbar name under the "menu of assistant panes and
toolbars" which will appear when we right click on menu items.
Is there any way to do that?

My understanding is that if you create and add the toolbar using the toolbars
file, then it should show up in the context menu.

Environment" chapter of the "Virtuoso Design Environment User Guide" manual
in cdnshelp.
