how create mtext labels en masse by using csv file?

    I'm faced with having to create ~500 text labels in Autocad and add
    them to one of my layouts. I also have a csv file containing the label
    names -- now if there would only be a way to mass-generate the labels
    based on csv file, i'd be the happiest man alive. I found this thead:

    that mentions a lisp file that allegedly can help me do that, but so
    far I wasn't able to locate that.
    Please help.
