    Dear all,

I am using Spectre to simulate my extracted view of the circuit.
However, there are error appeared as following stated:

I62. +98: The bulk-drain junction current exceeds 'imetl'. The results
computed by Spectre are now incorrect because the junction current model
    has been linearized.

Actually, how could I use the search to find and zoom in the part I62.
+98. I don't know I should use what to search it because in the search
window, there are so much of the thing could let me choose. I hope
    anyone could teach me.

    Best Regards,

    Charles

    Charles,

the error message tells you where to look.

I62 +98 means node "+98" within instance with name "I62".
    ..
so first do a search (edit->search) for an instance with
"inst name == I62". enter this cell and then search for
    any shape with "property netName==98".
( right now i can't remember wether the property
name should be "netName" or "net name", so try
    both ).

    this should work.

I believe you can better identify if you use the analog-extracted view
    rather than the extracted view.
You can also use the command "lbsbx" to put the schemtic names in your
    extracted view.
