How can I make buttons in tool palletes stick?

    I know I saw this on here about 7 or 8 months ago.... good luck finding that now huh?!?

    I've got toolpalletes set up for inserting our company blocks. Only problem is I can't seem to figure out what makes buttons stay put where I want them. For the most part they do, but sometimes a button accidentally gets dragged a few spaces away and never wants to stay put back in its original space! Also, I've been updating alot of the buttons lately, and the pallete comes back after a restart of autocad a bit jumbled, its putting the unchanged buttons at the beginning, when they actually belong towards the end. Any ideas?
