How can I create GTOL in model?

    Greetings:

    I receive a part from a customer where there is a Datum frame on a
    surface and hole feature. I've browsed WF2 build M050 menu and
    couldn't find how to insert GTOL into the model. Any help would be
    greatly appreciated.
