    Okay I have cosmosworks on my comp, a 1200 Athlon with a 32MB video card and
    256MB memory, and am having trouble with the computer stalling when meshing
    large assemblies. Is there anything I can tick/change in the options that
    can help the situtation?

    Get more RAM - 256 is way to little for large assemblies and Cosmos... heck
    that's to little to run SW IMHO
